How does the EasyBreathe work?

The flow of air in and out of the alveoli is called ventilation and has two stages: inspiration (or inhalation) and expiration (or exhalation).  To accomplish this, the whole thorax moves and changes size, due to the action of two sets of muscles: the intercostal muscles and the diaphragm.  These are the muscles that are strengthened by using the EasyBreathe LungExpander.

How often do I need to use the EasyBreathe?

This is entirely up to you, and how much you want to improve your breathing. We would recommend a minimum of 5-10 minutes per day.

Where and when can I use the EasyBreathe?

Anywhere, and at anytime that you wish. Great, isn't it?

At school, college, the office, the workplace, at the gym, sitting in traffic etc...

Can children use the EasyBreathe?

As long as the child is old enough to understand instructions, and insert the item into the mouth comfortably.

Can smokers use the EasyBreathe?

The product is highly recommended for ex-smokers to repair the lungs. Our health experts have advised us not to recommend to smokers who continue to smoke.

Will the EasyBreathe help my panic attacks?

Yes. As soon as you start feeling constricted, take a few deep breaths on a resistance level that you know to be comfortable.
